Returns
We only accept returns if the item arrives damaged. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the damaged item and packaging.
To initiate a return, please email us at POLKYBARRELS@GMAIL.COM with your order number and photos of the damage.
Note: Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
Exchanges
If your item arrives damaged, we are happy to offer a free exchange. We will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you at no additional cost.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for items lost in return transit.
Customer Responsibility
Please ensure you read all product descriptions carefully before placing your order. We aim to be as transparent as possible about each item's condition or characteristics — including any potential issues like odors, defects, or clearance status.
For example, if a product is marked as clearance due to a strong garlic smell, we will not accept returns or complaints related to that issue. By purchasing, you acknowledge and accept any conditions clearly stated in the product description.
We do not offer returns or refunds simply because a customer is unhappy with a product that was accurately described.
